It has been raining non- stop for these past few days, I have been feeling happy and at the same time frustrated with some people but it's all part and parcel of life. The true colours of themselves suddenly appear. I feel that I have been too nice and soft to them, giving in to them despite warnings that I should not do that but now in 2005, things are going to be different. Welcome Mr Nasty, if you show me attitude problem, you will meet Mr Nasty. If you are nice to me, I will always be nice to you, no doubt about that. Enough is enough, I am not going to tolerate such rubbish anymore. Best example is my camp. I make a mistake, didnt do the stuff well, I got scolded and complained bitterly, I was like wondering, small matter like this you make so much noise, what happen if we screwed up in LRI ? What is going to happen ? This particular person M, is a bloody asshole, he thinks he is always so right , acting cute most of the time. My tolerence for him is zero now, he pissed me off now, anytime I can release my hounds at him.

It's sad to hear about the earthquake in Sumatra that caused tidal waves to affect places like Sri Lankan, Indonesia, Malaysia (Phuket) ..etc . We are blessed that nothing happened to us. Despite feeling tremor on that day the earthquake happened, we Singaporeans should thank God for being unharmed but for those Singaporeans that were in those affected areas, let's pray for their safety return. Those that died in this castrography, let's pray for them. RIP to those that have died especially the small young kids. Everything happened that is a reason why it happened, the metallic plates crashed and as a result caused the major earthquake, richtel scale 8.9. Let's hope that the weather will calm down and we see bright light in this dark tunnel.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2005 to ALL.

I am definately not looking forward to go back to camp as there are many things to do during the next 3 days. How big or small the turbulence has something got to do with my partners. In my earlier entries, I wrote about my unhappiness working this particular person, M. I really hope that I won't explode any of the next three days, may god help me to control !

Now that new year is around the corner, I am really looking forward to a new year. 2004 has been generally a bad and unlucky year for me especially the year end. I have seen relatives passing away, people showing their true colours, making mistakes in my work and getting lazy seriously ! This is not a good sign and I want to make it right in year 2005. I have a lot of dreams and goals to accomplish in 2005. Ohh yes, there is one thing about myself that I really hate and that is fickle-minded ! I should not be gullible anymore. I have learned my lesson especially from that episode. Why should I go after a girl whom I have not met before and refused to meet up giving all kinds of excuses ( Reminds me of Gerald Houllier)? So guys and gals , if you are keen to know your partners whom you have not met before on the internet, just be careful and don't get yourself deeply involved because the chances of you being cheated is pretty high.

It's quite interesting to know a few butch friends, their lifestyle is pretty interesting, its wierd to share a common interest with them and that is gals !!! :P Anyway, we went to Huiwen's place yesterday for dinner and chit chat session. Because her parents were not around, we stayed there until 2300 hrs. Glad to know these 4 gals via Hani ! They bring more live to the outing now.

New Year is coming, what's your plans guys ? I decided to organise an outing to changi beach to watch the last sunset of year 2004 and first sunrise of year 2005, if anyone is interested to join ! Just join us. Let me know. Anyway, got to go now, have a great week.

This year sure came very fast, it was christmas day ! I met up with my good friends for a great time staying at a hotel, M hotel and our plan was to go clubbing. I haven't pubbed for a long time so hopefully can enjoy myself and relieve stress. I was also happy that my sister was coming back on christmas's eve, just in time for the celebration. She wanted to come back earlier but the air tickets were fully booked. That is why the A380 will play a big part in ensureing more passengers revenue for airlines.

Anyway, I went to the airport in the afternoon around 1400 hrs. I met my sister at the airport, my mum and aunt came earlier then expected. It took quite a while for my sister to come out , most likely is long queues in the immigration counter. After that instead of going home, my sister wanted to buy some products from pharmacy and also eat some local food before heading home. She was really in need for local food as she felt quite sick of english food. We can all understand her, so we spend another 2 hrs at the airport before heading home. I was supposed to meet Huiwen and Loraine at 1600 hrs but had to delay a couple of times before eventually meeting them in the taxi to the M hotel . We reached M hotel in the evening where we rested until 2000 hrs before making our way to Lau Pau sat for a great makan session. Makan = Eating ( for my foreign friends) . We had satay, sting ray and clams for dinner. The food were quite nice and tasty and to top it up , Tek Tarik for a few of us which I love it very much. Win came around 2045 but we grabbed 2nd round of food before heading back to the hotel for rest !

We decided to go to a gay pub at Tanjong pagar, but eventually went to chocolate bar at Boat Quey to club ! Had a few drinks and danced during my time there, nothing special to say really. Elena and her bf, Gary joined us, had a chat with Elena and glad that she joined our dances... apart from that nothing much ..... Ohhh yes, we had sprays bottles that releases soap foams , we kept spraying at each other ! Hani suffered a lot !! :P We went back to the hotel around 0400 hrs , we decided to watch a "porn " movie , thanks to K who kept wanting to see one !! :P :P We watched the first movie and I can tell you , it was one of the worst movies i ever seen. It is called Naked paradise , a Korean movie. We watched another Korean movie through, it was much better but most of us were already in dream land before the movie ended. I was sabored when Win took a shot of me sleeping very gayish in my opinion . -________________________________- . I have the shot with me , not sure whether I should upload for you guys to see. Anyway after that Leonard and I left first, I wanted to get home early so that I won't missed out on anything...... Took svc 196 , 9224M and changed for svc 12, 9437R , reached home then sleep for quite a while before having christmas dinner with my family. They were watching a boring flim so decided to go up to my room and type my blog. I hope you guys who went for the outing, enjoyed the party. Let's have another one , perhaps my last one for the new year countdown. Any suggestions ? :P

MERRY CHRISTMAS !

Finally I got out of jail , can't wait to enjoy my freedom outside camp. It has been very tiring for me in camp, the lack of sleep and concentration has definately affected me. My biggest nightmare has came back from Australia on tuesday. I really hope I can control my temper because if one day I cannot take it, I will explode in front of him. My time-bomb is ticking away. Someone last night almost activate it.

I won't mention this person's name but this happened in my # , irc. All of us planning what to do for this friday's activities and this ******** have to come spoil it for us. I agree that we celebrate Christmas for a reason and that is GOD. Whatever it is , as long we do not go over the line , taking drugs , drink until drunk, creating trouble, I see nothing wrong having fun with friends or loved ones. To be a spoilsport in this festival and spoiling other people's party is absolutely too much and unacceptable. What is your gain of this ? You are devoted to God, everyone of us love GOD (Catholic) , but don't go overboard by telling people that they should not do this or do that of course if its breaking the law and going against God's wishes. So please for goodness sake, wake up your ****ing idea. Your attitute has left a very bad taste to everyone who saw the incident last night. Unless you apologize for that insane behaviour of yours, you are NOT welcome to my #. The one that needs help is you. Loosen yourself and open up your mind. Imagine if the whole world is like you, what will happen to our economy? There must be a right balance. That's all I can say. I do not need to be judge by you, only God , my parents and my friends can judge. Do I consider you as a friend ? After what happened last night ? Nope. I have catholic friends and they are definately not like you. However, I like to thank you for all your wonderful advices you gave me before this incident, good luck to your future. I hope I won't see you online again. That's all from me.

Anyway for those who saw the incident, just let it go ... don't think about it anymore. Whatever he said , just take it as he is a kid crying out for wolf. Anyway, going to meet my friend, Hani later... perhaps watch some shopping and watching movie will be good. Have a great day, guys.

It's feels good to be out of camp definately. I met my camp friend who have not met for a long time, Wei Siang. Since Hani asked me whether we wanted to meet up as well so I thought why don't all of us meet up... we may have some fun you know. Anyway, I also wanted everyone to get to know each other better. Expand the group of people to go out for future outings.

I was supposed to meet up with Roy to go spotting on saturday morning but both of us couldn't wake up, however we met at the airport around noon time. Since he arrived late, I had to meet Hani and company at Fat east at 1430. I decided to leave for orchard and Roy joining me later. I was glad I was not the latest, poor Wei Siang reached there first to find no one was there. :P I couldnt recognize him at first until I saw him upclose . Pretty friendly and chappy I must say, looks like he is going through quite ok in camp , we talked about our ups and downs about our army life, for one thing we know both of us DON'T miss our old company, Bravo. Phew, glad that we got out of jail.

To my surprise, Loraine and Hui Wen came, I thought they were working on saturday. I knew them from the chalet through Hani. Let me tell you what I think of them. HuiWen is a pretty friendly and nice to chat person, she makes a very good friend or sister. :) On the other hand, Loraine is very quiet , probably shy but she is sweet and nice to talk to. Anyway, we met up at Far east so that they can watch the streetdance competition held at Far East. We walked around Far east plaza , watched the show before heading to Takashimaya's coffee bean for chit-chat. Roy and I made our way to Wisma's nikko shop to get a a model each for ourselve. We bought Dragon Wings's Singapore Airlines's 747-400 Star Alliance 9V-SPP model. Frankly speaking , the model is inaccurate, wrong colours is the main reason for it's inaccuracy. Dragon wings is very inconsistent with their models I must say.

After that , we joined the rest at the coffee bean for chit chats, we discussed what to do on Christmas eve, we decided to book ourselves in a hotel. We will find the rates and location of the perfect hotel where all of us will have fun on that day I hope. After that we had dinner at the carpark opposite Centrepoint. There were food stalls there , the food was good but very pricey , what do you expect eating in orchard area ! After that, they wanted to go KTV, I wasn't really keen but luckily they changed their mind and we headed to Cartelle at PS for some nice desserts and chats. We left the place after midnight. Huiwen and I wanted to take NR7 home but the bus came packed with people so we decided to take taxi home. The taxi fees cost me $20+ , quite expensive and also the driver wasn't very polite, ooo well just wanted to go home and get some beauty sleep.

Well, I hope you guys ( you know who you are ) enjoyed yourself ! Let's make it a big party this coming friday. :)

But the busy period is not over ! I still have to endure the busy load work in my camp for another 2 weeks as LRI ( Logistics Ready Inspection ) will take place on the 4th Jan onwards. I am definately can't wait for that period to end. After the LRI, we will have a break for a few weeks I guess before preparing for some silly events call engineers's week. Definately a waste of time, from what I have seen so far in my unit. Organisation has been pretty poor, well what to do ? This is the army for you.

Anyway, I was suppose to wake up early to catch some nice birds ! I missed a nice bird this morning, United Airlines's Boeing 777's Star Alliance scheme ! Arghhhhh ! That's the price to pay if you feel lazy to move , that is how exactly I felt when I woke up this morning. To be honest, I have been lacking of sleep so to ask me to get up early again especially on the weekend is a torture for me !

I will be meeting my friends today later , meeting my army friend, Wei Siang. Haven't seen him ever since he posted to Mindef ! His father is a captain !! What a lucky son, army life is much easier if your parents or siblings held a high rank. Probably going to catch a movie in the evening, chit chat sesson .

Anyway , why some people cannot be themselves ? I feel they are not the same anymore , when they say love changes a person, I really agree. Let them go through this phrase of life, afterall we been through it ... we advised , its up to them to listen. We have done our part as a friend, as far as I am concerned, I am not going to care anymore, why waste your time playing music to a cow? It's your life not ours.

Went to back feeling very reluntantly, I know that by working hopefully, I will get my mind back to focus but seriously what I can say about today was I made a lot of mistakes as I was feeling tired and distracted. Anyway, it wasn't a bad day. I was kept busy throughout the day. SAF certainly knows how to make full use of us and at the same time pay the service side pretty low if you ask me. Sure the combat side deserves more money but the service side should get more as we have been working OT very often especially with LRI zooming ! What is LRI ? It's a type of inspection for all the items and files , my company is depending heavily on the QM dept as we have the most things to check. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.

Without my partner today, work load has doubled up but as the day come to a close, I worked OT until 2000 hrs, there wasn't much I can do. Luckily for me , my RQ allowed me to stay out for today but the dreadful thing is tomorrow there is CO parade !! I dread this the most, they have to check your attire and everything else ..... hopefully things will go well tomorrow, luckily parade ends at 0800.Since I am staying out, I will have to wake up pretty early tomorrow as I have to reached my camp at 0630 I hope , I will be taking taxi to camp to save me all the trouble. I don't want to get late , thats the last thing i want to do. In addition, tomorrow is my duty storeman, just hope to get it done and over with. It's not a difficult job at all but luckily for me my duty is on a weekday not weekend.

Came back home after my hair cut !!! I was so dead tired but at the same time I do not want to waste my stay out, just needed some rest ! Phew, what a day it was ..... but at least time was going pass quickly. I was disappointed that a lot of my shots were not accepted in airliners.net, some with minor problems while some were not acceptable, ooo well , i will try harder ! :) At least I am smiling a bit more today. By the way, I want to cheer up my friend, Hani who is feeling very down at the moment, after reading the blog I understand why. Take care Hani ok ?

2 more days to go !!

What can I say about today? Today I was supposed to go to visit my uncle's funeral at St Teresa's church. I was feeling sad about it but I want to see him for the last time before he is buried. Waking up around 0900 hrs, I did a bit of my stuffs before leaving my house around 1030.

Took about 1 and a half hours on bus to the church. I met my uncle's wife and daughter there, they looked very sad but tried to put a brave front. I was in tears when I saw my uncle in the coffin. I really missed him presence even through I haven't met him for quite a while. This really happens so far, well I had a chat with the wife, the wife told me that he has been suffering lungs infection for the past few months, it was that night when he died. The doctors were pretty cautious because anytime he could bid farewell to us. He stopped breathing around 2300 hrs and passed away in his sleep peacefully in the early monday's morning. Sigh, at least he died peacefully.

Anyway , after that I decided to go to airport after calling Salleh who was still sick. Hope you recover fast, buddy. Went to airport to catch nalanji, Qantas which came in around 1630 hrs today. Again I was unlucky because the sunlight was covered by clouds when the aircraft landed ! Anyway, took a lot of shots. My friend, Roy wanted to come and catch the Nalanji but he was late, I left first because I had things to do at home. Anyway, things got better after I reached home.

Jetphotos was online again, really missed the website... uploaded quite a number of pics but was disappointed with some of the rejects , oo well ....... anyway, after that I received a number of emails regarding about my photos online, 3 emails altogether, I think I share with you what are the contents. 2 persons wanted my photos for their own personal use, no problem I send to them . The other one is from a company, Flight international ! Have you guys heard about his company? They want to use my Jetstar's A320 photo for their magazine , I was offered money and credit for the photo. I was very happy because people recognize my work. I don't go for the money definately but with emails like this, it makes me happy. I decided to get some extra cash to buy new clothes perhaps ? Anyway, the day turned out well, I am going back to camp tonight .... hopefully I am able to concentrate on my work tomorrow.

Going through one loss of loved one is already hard to swallow , I found out this morning from my aunt that another of my relatives whom I am not close to has also passed away. You never know whats going to happen next. Both of them passed away peacefully which is a consolation. I am very sure God will take good care of them.

I took urgent off and leave today and tomorrow to see them in their funerals. I went to the airport in the afternoon to see Nalanji dreaming of Qantas, was happy to see her but there wasn't much light , pretty disappointed but at least it didn't rain. I was suppose to meet Hani at the airport but she had to buy food for her mum. I felt very moody while talking to my friends, so I decided to leave the airport just after the Nalanji came. I went home and decided to do some reading then watch tv ... pretty dull day if you ask me. Sometimes I wished I am in a relationship, at least I have someone who can be there to console me ... ohh well, can't be too greedy.

Anyway, just watched survivor. Chris won the survivor which I felt deservingly so. I remembered at one stage , he was outnumbered 6 or 7 woman to 1 . To be able to win this survivor was really deserving. This shows something that you should never give up no matter how low the odds is. I was expecting Chris to get voted out , making survivor an all lady affair but I was wrong. What do you guys think ?

It had been a mix fortune this weekend. I am currently feeling sad , moaning the death of my Uncle who just passed away peacefully because of long term illness. I am really shocked in words because I haven't seen him for 2-3 years and now he is gone. RIP to my Uncle Henry from OLPS church. May you rest in peace and condolence to your family. One minute of silence.

On the brighter note, chalet was pretty alright so far , not the best I have to admit. I was disappointed that someone couldn't make it that day. I am feeling kind of sensitive about it and having a bad feeling about it. I won't mention it here ..... On saturday morning, I went to airport with my friend, Roy. The terminal 1 viewing gallery near to Swensens was closed, Roy suggested to go to Changi coast road to take take off shots at runway 02R, I thought it was a good idea so we went there. We didn't regret it at all, took a lot of nice shots like Lauda Air 's B777-200ER, Korean Air Cargo B747-200F and Qantas A330-200. We were supposed to meet Joyce in the afternoon but somehow she wanted her beauty sleep ! In the end she went there herself while we reached there later around 1600 hrs. Before that, I met an Australian cabin crew and chatted for quite a while, we waited for Air Zimbaewre departure before leaving for chalet.

In the afternoon, what I did was Roy and I went cycling....for a while , I almost hit a tree because I was looking at a plane which was approaching to Changi Airport !! Too distracted :P After we reached back to chalet, we started bbq and soon the rest of the guys arrived. It's nice to see new faces and some old faces. Unfortunately, most had to go off, so it was only around 10-12 of us stayed overnight. I slept very early that day because of tiredness and depression ..... I couldn't talk much that night even through I tried. My heart was filled with pain and emotions. Sigh. Sunday was not really a good day especially in the afternoon after hearing my uncle's death. Well, can't wait for next year to arrive. Something will happen on the 1st Jan 2005. I hope I am able to do that. Did you guys had a good weekend ?
